Louis Redfern Receives Department of Energy Graduate Student Research Award

Congratulations to Farha Group graduate student Louis Redfern for receiving the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science Graduate Student Research award. The SCGSR program provides supplemental funds for graduate awardees to conduct part of their thesis research at a host DOE laboratory/facility in collaboration with a DOE laboratory scientist. Louis will complete his research at Argonne National Laboratory (Argonne, IL) in collaboration with Dr. Karena Chapman, Scientist in the X-ray Science Division.
